NAET Dubai is a non-medical wellness centre in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. For more than 10 years, we have worked with adults, children and families looking for a non-invasive, drug-free complementary approach to recurring concerns. Our work combines detailed case history, bioresonance assessment, kinesiology or muscle-response testing, NAET desensitisation principles and personalised food and lifestyle guidance.
No. We are a wellness centre. We do not replace doctors, hospitals, laboratories or emergency medical care. We do not prescribe medication, perform medical procedures or advise clients to discontinue prescribed treatment. Our services are complementary and intended to support overall wellbeing alongside appropriate medical care.
NAET stands for Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques. It is a complementary approach combining principles from kinesiology, acupressure, traditional Chinese meridian concepts and exposure-based desensitisation. The aim is to help reduce the body’s stress response to selected substances.
Bioresonance is a complementary wellness method based on the idea that the body and different substances have measurable energetic or frequency patterns. During the assessment, we gently explore how your body may be responding to different stressors. It is not the same as a laboratory blood test, medical scan or medical diagnosis.
Kinesiology uses changes in muscle response as a form of biofeedback. The practitioner may introduce different test substances or information while observing the muscle response. This helps guide the order in which potential stressors are explored. It does not replace medical allergy testing or laboratory investigation.
We do not assume every condition has one simple cause. We look for combinations of possible contributors such as food tolerance, digestive stress, environmental exposure, dust, mould, pollen, household chemicals, microbial patterns, nutritional stress, poor sleep and emotional stress.
Conventional allergy tests usually look for defined immune responses such as IgE antibodies or skin reactions. Our assessment takes a broader complementary wellness approach and may explore food tolerance, environmental factors, digestion, nutritional patterns, microbial stress and lifestyle. The two approaches are not interchangeable.
No. We identify patterns and potential stressors within the scope of complementary wellness assessment. We do not issue a medical diagnosis or replace investigations prescribed by a doctor.
Clients commonly contact us about recurring skin concerns, eczema, itching, hives, digestive discomfort, bloating, constipation, reflux, food-related symptoms, rhinitis, sinus congestion, dust or mould sensitivity, fatigue, brain fog, headaches, sleep difficulties and stress-related flare-ups. Suitability is considered individually.
Eczema is one of the most common reasons families visit us. Rather than focusing only on the skin, we explore possible contributors such as food-related stressors, digestion, dust, mould, household products, heat, sweating, sleep, scratching patterns and emotional stress.
We may support people experiencing recurrent bloating, constipation, reflux, food discomfort and IBS-type symptoms. The assessment may explore food tolerance, digestion, bowel habits, microbial patterns, hydration, meal timing, stress and sleep. Persistent symptoms may still require medical investigation.
We may help explore possible food, environmental or emotional patterns associated with respiratory symptoms. Asthma can be serious, and our work does not replace inhalers, emergency medication, pulmonary testing or medical supervision.
We do not claim to cure autism or ADHD. Some families seek complementary support for associated concerns such as restricted eating, digestive discomfort, sleep problems, food reactions and general wellbeing. This does not replace developmental, educational, psychological or medical care.
Emotional stress can influence sleep, digestion, skin symptoms and overall regulation. We may explore physical and environmental stress patterns that appear alongside emotional symptoms, but we do not replace psychologists, psychiatrists or crisis services.
Our bioresonance assessment may indicate patterns associated with microbial stress. These findings are not equivalent to laboratory confirmation of an infection. Blood, stool, urine, swab or other medical testing may be needed.
Our programme is not primarily a weight-loss programme. Some clients find weight management easier when food cravings, digestive discomfort, sleep and lifestyle patterns are addressed. Results depend on many individual factors.
The Initial Assessment is the starting point for every new client. It is a comprehensive appointment used to understand your symptoms, history, food patterns, environment and possible stressors before recommending a programme.
The appointment usually includes a detailed consultation, review of symptoms and history, discussion of food, digestion, sleep and environment, bioresonance assessment, kinesiology where appropriate, exploration of food and non-food stressors, explanation of findings and personalised starting guidance.
Please allow approximately 90 minutes. Complex cases or families with extensive histories may require additional time.
The aim is for you to understand the main areas placing stress on the body, foods that may not currently be well tolerated, important environmental or lifestyle factors, which priorities should be addressed first and whether a structured programme is appropriate.
You will receive practical guidance based on the assessment, including relevant food and lifestyle recommendations. The format may vary by case. It is a wellness summary, not a medical diagnostic report.
Eat normally unless advised otherwise, stay hydrated, bring current medication and supplement lists, relevant medical reports, photos of intermittent symptoms, a list of frequently eaten foods and details of any known severe allergies. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid strong perfume where possible.
Do not stop prescribed medication unless your doctor has advised you to do so. Tell us what you are taking, and we will adapt the complementary assessment where necessary.
The full assessment normally requires an in-person visit because it may involve bioresonance equipment and muscle-response testing. A telephone or online suitability discussion does not replace the complete assessment.
No. Two people with the same symptom may have very different trigger patterns. Your plan is based on your history, symptoms, assessment findings, age, priorities, tolerance and response over time.
Must Avoid refers to foods that appear to place significant stress on the body at the time of assessment. Limit refers to foods that may not be ideal in frequent rotation or large quantities. Recommended foods appear better tolerated and can help build a practical eating plan. These categories are not necessarily permanent.
Not everyone requires the same level of restriction. We aim to keep dietary changes targeted, nutritionally sensible and realistic for family life. For children, growth and dietary variety are especially important.
Usually not. Temporary avoidance may be recommended while selected stressors are being addressed. A medically confirmed severe allergy is different and must never be reintroduced without appropriate medical supervision.
If a programme appears suitable, we explain the priorities, recommended visit frequency, categories to be addressed, food and lifestyle guidance, what to observe between visits and expected review points. You are not required to purchase a programme on the day.
A typical visit may include several focused desensitisation segments. Depending on the plan, the practitioner may work on selected food, environmental, nutritional, pathogen-related, detoxification, organ-support, emotional or NAET foundational categories.
A full visit is usually approximately one hour. It may contain three focused 20-minute desensitisation segments. These are components of one visit, not three separate appointments.
No needles, injections or painful procedures are used. Most clients find the sessions gentle and relaxing.
The approach is energy-based and non-invasive — no medication, needles or injections are involved — and there are no known side effects. Most people simply feel relaxed afterwards; some notice mild, short-lived tiredness or thirst. As always, any persistent or worrying symptoms should be discussed with your doctor.
Follow the specific instructions given by the practitioner. General guidance may include drinking water, following temporary avoidance advice, keeping meals simple, observing changes and recording important symptoms.
You may normally eat before a session, but avoid arriving extremely hungry, dehydrated or immediately after a very heavy meal. Light activity is usually fine; intense exercise may sometimes be discouraged immediately afterwards.
There is no single number for everyone. The number depends on symptom duration, number of systems involved, severity, environmental exposure, digestive health, consistency and individual response.
Visits are usually scheduled once or twice a week, with each visit containing three focused desensitisation segments. Frequency may later change depending on progress, travel, symptoms and practitioner recommendation.
Results vary. Some clients notice early changes in itching, sleep, digestion or comfort. More complex or longstanding cases usually progress gradually. We assess trends over time rather than promising a fixed result after a set number of visits.
Flare-ups may follow re-exposure, infection, heat, humidity, dust, mould, travel, poor sleep, stress, dietary changes or medication changes. A flare does not necessarily mean all previous progress has been lost.
No ethical practitioner can guarantee a result. We provide an individualised process and clear recommendations, but outcomes depend on many factors outside any practitioner’s complete control.
We may track flare frequency, symptom severity, sleep, digestion, bowel habits, food variety, skin comfort, energy, environmental tolerance and overall quality of life. Photographs and a symptom diary can be useful.
We review compliance, continuing exposures, whether the priorities should change, whether medical testing is needed and whether another form of care is more appropriate. We do not believe in continuing indefinitely without reviewing value.
We work with adults and families, including children where appropriate. The method and appointment are adapted to each person’s age and comfort, and a parent or guardian must attend for minors.
The methods used are non-invasive and do not involve injections or medication. Medical concerns, nutritional deficiencies, severe allergies and persistent symptoms must also be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional.
No. Never stop prescribed medication without consulting the doctor who prescribed it. Our programme may be used alongside conventional care when appropriate.
Follow your dermatologist’s or doctor’s instructions. We do not advise abruptly stopping topical or oral steroids. Any reduction should be medically supervised.
No. Never deliberately challenge a known or suspected severe allergen at home. Reintroduction after a history of breathing difficulty, throat swelling, collapse or anaphylaxis must be handled through an appropriate medical allergy service.
Session fees and available programmes are explained clearly before you begin. The appropriate option depends on the structure and expected duration of your individual programme.
Yes. Structured options may be available for clients who require a series of visits. Package details, validity and terms are explained before purchase, following the Initial Assessment.
No — as a complementary wellness centre, our services fall outside the scope of medical insurance. We do not accept insurance and are unable to sign or complete claim forms. We are happy to provide a receipt for your personal records; please note it cannot be used for reimbursement.
New clients normally require an Initial Assessment before desensitisation sessions begin. Without understanding the history and priorities, isolated sessions may be poorly targeted.
Yes. We work with clients travelling from Abu Dhabi, other emirates and internationally. Tell us before booking so we can advise on realistic scheduling. Most programmes cannot be compressed into one short visit.
A brief introductory call may be available to help determine whether the Initial Assessment is suitable. This is not an assessment, diagnosis or treatment session.
